Annotations
Every tool carries the MCP annotations readOnlyHint, destructiveHint and openWorldHint: the assistant tells a lookup from a publication before calling it, and can ask you first.
The complete list
The server's tools/list returns the complete, current list, with each tool's description and input schema. The cards tools only render the conversation cards: nothing changes in Sofia.
