Manage a network
Reconnect, disconnect, set usual slots and read statistics: everything you can do on a connected account from its card.
Where: “Social networks” menu, on each account’s card
Almost everything you do on an account after connecting it is on its card.
Reconnecting
Access can end. When it does, the account changes status and its posts stop going out.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | All is well |
| Token expired | The network ended the access: you need to reconnect |
| Error | The network is not responding as expected |
| Permission missing | The account is linked, but did not give Sofia the right to publish |
| Paused | The network is temporarily closed in Sofia: your scheduled posts wait |
Click “Reconnect” and accept all the permissions requested by the network. The menu shows how many accounts need reconnecting. A few details:
- A failed post does not go out again on its own: once the account is reconnected, reopen it and click “Try again”. Since nothing was published, there is no duplicate.
- The report of a failed post offers “Reconnect”, “Try again” or “Edit” depending on the cause.
Paused or disconnected
Paused is not your choice: the network is closed for now in Sofia, and nothing is lost. Your scheduled posts wait for it to reopen.
Disconnect is your decision. Sofia can no longer publish to or track that account, and the “Disconnect…” window lists what you lose:
- Sofia’s advice for this network: post and timing suggestions stop;
- your scheduled posts on this network, which will not go out;
- tracking of your statistics: reach and followers are no longer updated.
To back out, click “Keep” followed by the network’s name.
Account statistics
Each account’s card shows its figures for the last 28 days: the number of posts, followers and engagement. “Statistics” opens the detail. If Sofia could not read the figures for now, she says so and offers “Try again”.
