Downgrades and cancellation
What changes in your account when you move to a smaller plan or cancel: the plan’s rights and the end of the paid period.
Before changing plan, read the following. The confirmation window always tells you whether the change applies right away or at renewal.

The rights of each plan are listed in “Subscription & billing”: establishments, connected networks, campaign length, new campaigns, campaign prepared by Sofia. When you move to the Starter plan, its rights apply: one establishment, up to 5 networks, 7-day campaigns and one new one per month.
What the plan does not allow is refused at the time of the action. See Limits and overages.
Features reserved to a plan
The custom signature is reserved for the plans that include it; the signature screen says so.
A change at renewal
If the change takes effect at renewal, nothing moves until then. You can cancel it with “Cancel the planned change”.
Canceling entirely
“Cancel plan” ends the subscription at the end of the period already paid. Until then, you keep all the features of your plan. Afterwards:
- The subscription is “Ended”: you have the Starter rights.
- To take a plan again, choose one from the “Subscription & billing” page.
A subscription taken in the App Store or Google Play is canceled in the store.
Canceling is not deleting
Canceling the subscription closes neither your account nor your establishments. To delete them, see Invoices and support.
Before changing plan
- Read the rights of the target plan in “Subscription & billing”.
- Count the establishments and networks you need.
- Choose whether the change applies right away or at renewal.
- Then confirm the change.
