When you create your account, Sofia sends a link to verify your email address. It has a limited lifetime. If you click an old link, you see “The verification link is invalid or has expired”, and at sign-in “Your email hasn’t been verified yet”.
To fix it
- On the “Check your inbox” page, click “Resend verification email”.
- Open the link directly from the email, without retyping it.
- Open it in the browser where you signed up.
No email arrived
Look in your spam folder, then ask for another email. If nothing arrives, write to [support@sofia-post.com](mailto:support@sofia-post.com) from the address you signed up with. See Support.
Forgotten password
- On the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email and click “Send reset link”.
- If an account exists for that address, a reset link goes out right away.
- Open the link and choose a new password: at least 10 characters, with a letter and a digit.
If you see “The reset link is invalid or has expired”, click “Request a new link”. Once the password is changed, sign in with the new one.
“Invalid email or password”
Check the address and the password, or go through “Forgot your password?”. If you signed up with “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple”, sign in the same way: those accounts have no Sofia password.
Your session expired
Sofia shows “Your session expired. Sign back in to pick up where you left off.” This is normal: sign in again, and you find your work as you left it. Changing your password also signs you out of all your devices.
