The AI agent

The agent is a conversation that can run Sofia in your place. Instead of opening the composer and filling it in, you describe what you want. You find it in the menu, under “Sofia”, or with “Ask Sofia”.

The layout

• The conversation: you write, dictate, or attach photos and videos.
• Suggestions to get started: launch a campaign, review your results, refine your brand, write a caption.
• The history: your conversations sorted by date, with a search, and “New conversation” to start from scratch.

What it can do

• Write a caption and propose a post, which arrives as a draft (“Draft created”).
• Prepare a campaign, with an action plan that you approve before it acts.
• Review your results, with figures, right in the conversation.
• Refine your brand, and show you a preview before you approve.

You can attach media to the conversation: “A post for today’s pie, Thursday noon”, with the photo attached, fits in a single message.

Working with it

Sofia shows her action plan before acting, and nothing is published without your approval. The posts she proposes arrive as drafts: you find them in the “Drafts” tab of the posts (see Scheduling and publishing), where you can review them before scheduling.

Conversations are kept. You can reopen one to continue rather than re-explaining the context, or search for it in the history.

What it cannot do

• Publish without your approval: its plan is yours to approve, and its proposals stay drafts.
• Go beyond your monthly AI quota: when it is reached, the conversation tells you.

The agent versus the AI connector

The agent is Sofia’s conversation, inside the app. If you prefer to drive Sofia from an assistant you already use, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini CLI or Claude Code, plug it in with the AI connector: it is the same Sofia, from the tool of your choice.
