Automation
Automatic mode
Let Sofia publish without waiting for your approval with the “Automatic” mode, or stay in control with “Needs approval”.
The “Automatic” mode is the control level where Sofia publishes without waiting for your approval. You choose, for the establishment or for a campaign, between letting her work and approving each step.
The two modes
| Mode | What Sofia does |
|---|---|
| Automatic | Sofia publishes automatically, without waiting for your approval. |
| Needs approval | You approve each plan and each post: posts arrive “To review” and do not go out without approval. |
Which networks are concerned
The control level does not depend on the network: it applies to all the establishment’s posts, on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn. Each campaign can have its own “Control level”.
Setting it up
- 1. Open Sofia’s settings. The choice is also offered at the “Control” step of the guided welcome.
- 2. Choose the mode. “Automatic” or “Needs approval”.
- 3. Refine it per campaign if needed. When creating a campaign, choose its control level.
Control inside a campaign
Each campaign has its own “Control level”, chosen at creation: see Campaigns. In the agent, an action that commits to publishing is shown to you before it is run (see The AI agent).
Things to check
- In “Automatic” mode, nothing waits for your approval: review your campaigns before launching them, and watch Home, which flags failed posts.
- Sofia never schedules an offer when you are closed: fill in your opening hours in your profile.
- In “Needs approval” mode, a post that is not approved does not go out: see Sharing a post for approval.
