AI generation
Have Sofia write a text, touch it up in one click, understand the monthly AI quota, and use the agent when you need more.
Where: in each network’s card in the composer (“Write with Sofia”), and in the “Ask Sofia” agent. Sofia invents no price, no opening time and no dish: she relies on your profile.
Write with Sofia
Click “Write with Sofia”, or “Improve with Sofia” if you have already written something. The “What is this post about?” brief is optional. Sofia writes one text per network, in its format and in your tone.
On a card that is still empty, you have two choices: “Have Sofia write for …”, or start from an existing text with “Copy the text from …”.

“Restore my text” goes back to your version. Each network has its own status while writing: “writing”, “ready”, “too long” or “failed”, with “Try again” if Sofia could not write.
Generating whole posts
For more than a text, ask Sofia from the calendar’s “Create” menu, “Ask Sofia”. She proposes posts and puts them in draft (“Draft created”); an action plan is approved before acting, because nothing is published without your approval.
For a series of posts around a goal, a campaign builds a plan that you accept, have rewritten or regenerate.
AI quota
- Each plan includes a monthly writing quota.
- When it runs out, Sofia tells you and you write by hand until the next month.
- Referral gives AI credits to both people.

The agent
Beyond the composer, the “Sofia” menu opens “Ask Sofia”, a chat that launches a campaign, reviews your posts, refines your brand or writes a caption. See Sofia in the app.
