All your imported media, analyzed by Sofia and searchable in one place, to reuse without hunting for the original.
Every photo or video you import lands in the media library, to reuse without finding the original again. Sofia analyzes each media file to describe it and file it.
What is in it
- The files you import from this page or from the composer.
- Media imported from a link (“From a link”, in https://).
- The photos picked up by the analysis of your website.
- The media of your published posts.
Media from published posts, from your site and from imports arrive automatically.
Working with it

Sofia’s analysis
“Sofia’s analysis” describes the media: description, keywords, category (Logos, Products, Places, Storefronts, Team, Atmosphere, Graphics or Other), colors, quality, people, text and product. Its state is Analyzed, To review, Analysis in progress or Analysis failed. You can correct the analysis, “Approve” it or “Try again”.
For a video, Sofia also spots key moments, and “Set as cover” chooses the image that illustrates it.
Limits
A photo or video imported into the media library must respect:

You can import 30 files per hour. In the composer, uploading a file from your device accepts JPG, PNG and MP4 up to 40 MB.
Where library media is used
- In a post, with “From the library” in the composer (see Images and video).
- In your brand’s catalog: when a product has no photo, Sofia suggests photos from the library.
Removing media
“Remove from library” takes the media out of the library. Posts that already use it do not change.
