Campaigns
Turn a goal into scheduled posts: Sofia prepares the plan, you review it, and she also prepares a campaign every week or month.
Describe what you want to achieve and Sofia turns it into a series of scheduled posts. This is how you feed the calendar without touching it post by post.
Creating a campaign
- 1. Describe the goal. “What do you want to achieve?” is the only required question; the name is optional.
- 2. Choose the tone. Casual, Fun, Inspirational, Luxury or Professional.
- 3. Choose the control level. “Automatic” or “Needs approval”, see Automatic mode.
- 4. Or start from a template. “Start from a template” begins with a ready-made campaign.
Reviewing the plan
Sofia prepares a strategy, a narrative thread and an editorial plan. The campaign moves to “Plan to approve”:
- “Accept the plan” schedules the posts.
- “Have the plan rewritten” asks for a new plan, with an instruction if you wish.
- “Regenerate” redoes the plan.
Each slot in the plan can be worked on its own: “Edit this slot” (title, text, day and time), “Regenerate this slot” or “Remove from plan”. The time is set on a usual slot of your accounts and kept at least 1 h from another post. When dates have passed, “Replan” or “Remove”.
Campaign statuses
A campaign goes through the statuses In preparation, Plan to approve, Scheduled, Active, Paused, Completed, Canceled or Failed.
Choosing between a free idea and a template
A free idea suits you when you know what you want to say: write the goal, Sofia builds the plan. A template suits you to start faster: “Start from a template” saves you from starting from nothing.

Your plan sets what Sofia prepares without you asking:

Practical tips
- Start with a single network and a precise goal, then look at the first posts before going further.
- The plan’s slots follow your usual slots, which keeps the campaign in your rhythm.
- Deleting a campaign also deletes its posts from Sofia.
