Which networks Sofia measures, which figures she shows, over what period, and why a figure can be missing from the page.

The results page shows the performance of your connected accounts, across Sofia’s five networks. The figures for a specific post are read in its report, see Post actions and statistics.

Networks head to head, formats and best moments

  • “Networks head to head” compares your accounts with each other.
  • “Formats × networks” shows which format works on which network.
  • “Best moments” gives engagement by day and hour over 90 days. “Schedule at this time” opens the composer on that slot. Until Sofia has enough posts, the page shows “Not enough posts”.

Per-post figures

A post’s figures are not on this page: open it in the calendar, “Figures” tab, or read its report. They are compared with your median once 5 posts have been measured.

When a figure is missing

  • The post is too recent. Figures arrive after the first hour.
  • The account has fewer than 100 followers. Some audience measures are not provided below that threshold.
  • The network does not provide that figure.
  • The TikTok post is private. A private TikTok post has no statistics.

Analytics over the API

The same figures are available with the Sofia API, per connected account, over 24 hours, 7 days or 28 days. See the API tab.
