Settings
Tags and signature
Sort your posts with tags, and keep a brand signature at the end of a post so you do not rewrite it every time.
Two small settings that remove most of the repetitive work: tags to find your way around, and the signature to stop retyping the same line.
Tags
A tag is a colored label you put on a post. It serves to sort and find posts: by content type, by theme, by season.
Creating one
In the settings, “Tags” section: create, rename, color or delete your tags.
Using one
Apply tags from the composer, see Scheduling and publishing. They then serve as a filter: the calendar and the list of posts can be filtered by tag, and so can the results.
What tags are for
- One tag per content type, for example the dish of the day, behind the scenes, events.
- One tag per season or per campaign, to compare what worked.
The signature
The signature is a line added at the end of a post: the brand name, a call to action, a link.
Setting it
In the settings, “Signature” section. Only the establishment’s owner can change it. Three choices, with a preview of the result before saving:
- “Sofia signature”, Sofia’s line.
- “Custom signature”, your own. It is reserved for the plans that include it; the screen says so.
- “No signature”, to remove it.
A precaution
The signature applies to the establishment, so to its posts on all networks. Check the result in the preview, then each network’s card in the composer: if the text goes over a network’s limit, its counter shows by how much. See Global vs per-network content.
